In this chaotic economic climate, for Middletown to be able to cut spending from the previous year and come in with a comparatively miniscule increase to make up for Corzine's aid cut and his stupid socialist unfunded mandates is nothing short of miraculous. This is thanks to the creativity of the Republicans, who have found ways to do more with much less. In the meantime, the too Democrats can only suggest cutting out the Santa Train ride and Middletown Day, two events that actually generate revenue.
