from his new "center" of hovnania, formerly red bank, maybe kean & co. could do something about re-fashioning hudson and essex county into the undiverse "utopia" of westfield if elected.
all he has to do is lobby with the like-minded to make sure that eminent domain abuse keeps going strong and hey--they're home.
create mcmansions EVERYWHERE in jersey and absolutely kill business since it's obviously not the short-term real-estate windfall that housing is. they can sign on with developers like....hmmm...are there any developers nearby?
naw, crazy thought. the only people who get rich off housing in politics are developer politicians and land use attorney, as well as building contractors. no such thing at all.
it's about ideas and the good of everyone...certainly not just a few people.
actually, elephants, why don't we have this "biggest developer of all time" discussion in the context of rpg's international holdings and projects (let's start beginning in the 1980s). later on, we can lead into representation for a certain edison project and roll right into today.

you're all about being joe cool anonymously online. try it in person, see how that treats you. i'd call you a soft-handed little girl, elephants, but that would be an insult to little girls.

"MMM is a great source of insider gossip and news in the conservative wing of the Republican Party and the Tea Party. I don’t agree with everything I read, but I keep taking a look- it is definitely entertaining. However, MMM would be better and could have far greater credibility if Art Gallagher didn’t display his biases quite so obviously and ran an unbiased forum for discussion. Joe is not a "big developer" actually, that would be your boss.
The only reason he ever had a problem with his project is because he has integrity, something that both your guy and you unlearned in law school.

Dear William H. Seward,
I looked through your blog, and I enjoyed all of the pictures. Many of your politicians look like cartoon characters.
Congrats,
