What's next?

The rumours and speculation are all over the place on the Adam Watch. There are reports of numerous complaints to his job and to OSC. This blogger has not yet made a complaint to OSC, in the hopes that Puharic would resign for the good of his family. High level support of Adam is reportedly crumbling, but Adam is said to be standing firm. "When we win in November, none of this will matter," is his new mantra.

Last year at this time when we had a "cancerous" open convention system, Freeholder and Surogate candidates were scrambling all over the county. Speaking at club meetings, making phone calls, stuffing envelopes, knocking on doors, and other toxic activities like that. This year with the legislature up for grabs we have more candidates, yet they are running for cover rather than getting their message out. Screening committee members are scrambling for a qualified Sheriff candidate.

This evening the drama will shift to the Hall of Records for round two of the Battle of the Budget. If you haven't been to a Freeholder meeting in a while, or if ever, this should be a good one.

Meanwhile, after 96 hours of the first ever Reagan/Seward online poll, 72% of the respondents favor Adam resigning. The poll closes at midnight, by order of Ronald Reagan.

NOTE: Poll results are not scientific and reflect the opinions of only those users who chose to participate. Adam Puharic believes in the veracity of online polls.
