Hackett quits Assembly, withdraws from race

The Star Ledger reports that Mims Hackett, Jr (D-27) resigned his Assembly seat and withdrew from the race for re-election.

Now if we can just vote out the rest of the bums in the entire legislature all of NJ will be a winner.

There's that cowardly anonymous again...too scared to put your name to your posts. It must be nice to hide behind that anonymous name and not have to answer to your ridiculous posts.
I think its great that at least one of the accused has the decency to resign his place in the legislature. He didn't take it far enough by resigning as Mayor, which he should have done. I hope the rest of them take their cue from Hackett.
