Unemployment Trust Fund is Broke

Our state government has raided the unemployment trust fund for years and the bill has come due. Corzine wants to use some accounting tricks and insert $260 million of the surplus to shore up the fund and avoid an employers tax increase. Thanks Guv.

The governor and the legislature want to create another trust fund; Paid Family Leave. If that passes, how long will it be before that fund is raided too?
