Oxley announces

In a personalized letter dated May 15 and mailed to each member of the Monmouth GOP county committee, former Sheriff Joe Oxley asked the county committee members to support him for county chairman.

That Oxley took the time and expense to send his letter to the rank and file committee members is a very good sign that the party's way of doing business, should Oxley take the chair, will be more democratic and inclusive, contrary to the fears expressed by the Asbury Park Press's editorial on Friday.

Look our Mr. Oxley. That Art is for you will turn off a lot of people...like virtually every voting Repubican County Committee member. Stay clear of him, for the sake of sanity and the Party.

Hmm I wonder what faction you are from... must be the ADAM one, too bad your numbers are waning.

Many of the committee people I am talking to are for Mr. Oxley, regardless who is blogging about him.

I think Art is doing a kick-a** job at reporting the news... GO ART!!

Anon. May 18,
What you imply is that the county Republican Party committee members aren't bright enough to think for themselves.

You're due for a reality check.

As for Art, he does a fine job.
A post like the one left by "Anonymous May 18", equates to nothing more than a cheap shot taken by an individual devoid of sense.
