Three flawed candidates

Sometimes I wish I didn't take my vote so seriously. A write in for John Crowley would feel good, but would be a waste.

I think Frank Lautenberg will be the Democratic nominee and I think he is a weak candidate. Yet, I'm not convinced that any of the Republican challengers can beat him.

I'm still undecided and Sabrin is back in the mix. I won't announce support for any candidate. Good luck choosing and we'll find out who the winner is tomorrow night.

Best of luck to the county committee candidates in the competitive races in Wall, Manalapan and Marlboro.

Don't be an idiot. Vote.

Very respectable decision Art. Although I feel complied to say that Murray's negative campaign and excessive name calling should be enough to warrant a non-vote for him. I don't think that kind of behavior should ever be rewarded with a vote.

I still believe that Zimmer's explanation of how he though partial birth abortion is a window in to this guys soul. Just bad news there.

Also, it's interesting that Ken got caught in a lie about Pennacchio's the supposed tax raising charge. The fact is Joe lower taxes.

Eric, I've been operating from there, and wondering how Murray could possibly rally the party behind him, should he win, given his antics.

George Ajjan called me today to make the case that Murray's campaign is the most positive campaign. I laughed. He said Zimmer and Pennacchio campaign are killing each other and we're talking about issues. "Only the insiders, 1% of the turnout" know about the antics. I told him, "well that's who reads my blogs, so you should have nothing to worry about."

Then I heard a Murray ad about parental choice re vaccinations. Damn, Murray is the only one talking about getting government out of our lives. I don't like how he's garnered attention, but he has. I agree with his message over the others.

I still don't know how I am going to vote.

Actually anyone who reads the newspapers know about most of Murray's antics, depending on which newspaper. The APP slammed him along with a few others, including the Bergen Record.

At least George can look back and say he had fun pissing off a whole ton of people.

By all means, please vote for Sabrin. That way, no matter who wins the dem nomination, Murray will lose by 40%. He can't play to the general public and he's way too extreme for NJ voters. In your heart of hearts, you know that too. I think either one of the other two will lose by less, but will still lose.
