Don't mess with the Dog Catcher

Wayne Pominowski, who was endorsed as Colts Neck Dog Catcher by John Bennett at the last Monmouth County Affiliated Club Dinner, does not suffer fools lightly. Don't let his fun loving demeanor fool you.

Pominowski is Vice President of the Monmouth County Board of Taxation, which makes him feared by homo sapiens and canines alike.

A two legged creature, tax lawyer Steven Irwin, recently appeared before the Board of Taxation to complain that his neighbors' property tax assessment were too low. Pominowski admonished the appellant's paper training because he failed to produce any documentation for his case. Irwin started barking and Pominowski had a Deputy muzzle him.

The Tax Commissioners unanimously ruled against Irwin. His neighbors are safe until their next revaluation.

Pominowski is not a double dipper. The Dog Catcher position is honorary.
