Where's Amy?

Barry Goldwater wants to know.

There are four pictures of two different Monmouth County Amys embedded in the above picture. The first person to identify the two women and the locations of the pictures gets a free lifetime subscription to MiddletownMike, which might last until November 5.

Congratulations! It is actually the former Miss New Jersey, Amy Palumbo, but the judges have ruled you a winner, and the other guy above a loser.

You have a free subscription to MiddletownMike for as long as he lasts.

You'll never find a flattering photo of her in the Caliendo Crier.

you'll never find a flattering photo of her PERIOD... oh wait, there she is hugging the teddy bear with hearts around her... what could she be thinking "I love myself"...

I have to chime in and say that I offered to take headshots of Amy personally. It was a beautiful day in Union Beach (great lighting for headshots) when she held one of her "look at me, FEMA" petition drives.

She completely refused and said she was "pretty sure" The Courier already had photos of her, which it does. They are, as you have noted, not the most flattering shots. Then again, I don't think I've ever seen a nice shot of Amy taken recently. (By recently, I mean during the last 20 years, and not some college shot the Legislature's Web site sends out.)

Sorry Art, can't help if someone refuses the opp to have decent pictures taken, as in when NOT running in the opposite direction.

Maybe Assemblywoman Handlin realized the Courier wasn't a real newspaper...

Tough crowd Art, they even go after one of the Republicans supporting Clean Elections.

It has nothing to do with policy Eric. Its all about retribution.

The only real talent the republican assemblywoman has is "grandstanding". All talk and no real action.Really good at any thing she thinks will get brownie points in any publication. The Courier just doesn't pay homage to her rhetoric. As for the other person you're looking for,is she really running?? Seems she is missing or has nothing to say of importance. Maybe this debt she has,has her buried and she won't be able to surface because of the stir it has created. Ho Hum.....no changes in Freehold this November.

"Where's Amy?" c'mon Art! The whole "Where's Waldo" thing is old.

Now had you used a "Chasing Amy" reference, that at least would have been a little more up to date. And, in my opinion, a little more clever. And you would have received a positive review from the Asbury Park Press film critic who thinks anything Kevin Smith does is brilliant.

Even a "Judging Amy" reference would have worked. Then again, no one watched the show, so perhaps that reference would have fallen flat.

Let's get on it man. I expect a little sharper, more up to date references is snide remarks by the bloggers I read!

Guess members of a well-established group, such as the MC Young Republicans, are perfectly apt to judge such a thing. No one would expect you to think it was a "real" newspaper anyway, Eric.

Get your subscription to the APP. Didn't they tell you?

And no act, just giving both sides. Everyone is quick to judge when they think it's unfair, but they're always critical when both sides are actually presented.
