Senator Jennifer Beck, Assemblyman Declan O’Scanlon and Assemblywoman Caroline Casagrande will hold a town hall meeting Tuesday evening, from 7-9pm to discuss with Manalapan residents the impact of new regulations implemented by the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH).
The League of Municipalities will give a presentation on the effects of the new legislation, with a question and answer session to follow.
