Biden: Elect Obama/Biden, We'll prosecute Bush

Vice Presidential candidate Joseph Biden told a Florida audience today, that if elected, the Obama administration would investigate the Bush administration with a "fine tooth comb" looking for evidence of crimes committed by "attorneys general" and "the President." Biden said that Rep Henry Waxman (D-CA), Rep John Conyers (D-MI) and Sentor Patrick Leahy (D-VT) all already collecting evidence in their respective congressional committees.

Biden said that this would be done, "not out of vengeance" or "retribution" but "to preserve the notion that no one is above the law." "It sounds trite."

It is trite. He doesn't mean it. This is the first of the many Biden gaffes to come in the next 60 days.

But just in case he does mean it. I'm sure Vice President Biden will encourage the Obama Justice Department to investigate the fraud and embezzlement allegations against his brother and his son. No doubt President Obama's relationship with convict Tony Rezko will be investigated with a fine tooth comb, because after all, "no one, no one, no attorney general, no President" is above the law.

No one should be above the law. If crimes are committed, they should be prosecuted. But Blowhard Biden is blowing smoke and can't help but play to a crowd.

Biden is hereby awarded the first on many Obie Awards

When he is finished prosecuting Bush, may be he can get back all the property the Clintons took from the White House upon their exiting.
