As the election heats up, there are multiple reports of campaign signs being stolen or vandalized.
RedBankGreen has a stroy about missing Obama signs in Fair Haven.
In Middletown, there have been multiple reports of Brightbill/Fiore signs being stolen or defaced. Middletown officials suspect that animals are responsible. They think beavers are doing it.

Looks like the rare, two-legged species of beaver at work here....
There was Doctor caught in Colts Neck ripping off everyone's signs. He was caught red handed and was cited by he police. Didn't like the way they looked all around town.
He was an equal opportunity thief.
Did he go to Ocean Township??
Alot of those Mallet and the other guy signs that were up near me are now gone.....
