Timmy's Tour de Shore

This Sunday October 12 is Timmy's Tour de Shore, the major annual fund raising event for the Timothy Pauxtis Foundation.

Middletown residents Joe and Susan Pauxtis started the foundation to raise money for pediactric cancer research after the death the their son Timothy. Last year was their first Tour de Shore and they raised an incredible $70,000!

Joe tells me that the Tour's registration a off a bit from last year at this point. With all the bad news coming out of Wall Street and Washington that is not a complete surprise.

Let us all, regardless of party or creed, rally around these inspiring people for this outstanding cause.
