Yes, that's true...and I knew that...won't matter though...
Obama widens lead in national poll NASHVILLE, Tennessee (CNN) -- A new national poll suggests Barack Obama is widening his lead over John McCain in the race for the White House.
Fifty-three percent of likely voters questioned in the poll say they are backing Obama for president, with 45 percent supporting McCain.
That 8-point lead is double the 4-point lead Obama held in the last CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll, taken in mid-September.
Every time McCain opens his mouth, Obama's numbers go up. I hope he keeps it up with all the negative stuff..its only going to hurt him and the congressional republicans in the long run. So, by all means, keep using his middle name...and his first and last name's too.
Pretty soon it will be President Barack Hussein Obama.
And I know THAT will twist YOUR panties in a knot!
How can anyone be excited by Barack? Privately, I know many dem politicians who are shaking their own heads in disgust. I, for one, cannot believe that this great country is going to be led by Barack Hussein Obama.
I always like McCain. He made a huge mistake with his VP pick. McCain will lose for two reasons only: The current economy and Palin.
ambrosiajr - here's a prediction. The 2008 presidential election will be in the courts for months. Evidence of voter fraud among the Obama camp is unprecedented - dead people, illegals, felons - you name it, they have been casting votes. More evidence about some of the polls - more Dems than Reps are polled along with a disproportionate number of blacks are being polled. Maybe he'll win, maybe not, but one thing is for sure - his radical ideas will make history all right - the biggest internal disaster in our history. Are you going to the Hamas victory party if he wins?
Ooohh...seems like some republicans are getting a little testy knowing that President Obama will around for at least 4 years.
I think we've already seen the biggest internal disaster over the last 8 years. And with an approval rating of 22%, it seems not only dems and independents think that way.
Maybe in some states the election results will be in the courts, but here's my prediction. It won't matter. He'll have won enough states with enough electoral votes that he'll have way past the number of votes needed to win.
And you can keep playing on the fear of the general voter population, but I think they're wise to that tactic now as seen by the way the polls keep going up every time McCain goes negative.

Obama will win for one reason only. By default.
