Monmouth County Democratic Freeholders Barbara McMorrow, John D'Amico and Freeholder-Elect Amy Mallet plan to centralize the Freeholder Board's power in an Executive Committee consisting of the Director and Deputy Director when they take control of the county government next week.
They are reorganizing the management structure of the county departments with department heads reporting directly to the newly empowered Executive Committee.
The Atlantic Highlands Herald has the Democrats' press release with all the details.
