A state appeals court ruled this morning that Jon Corzine properly asserted executive privilege when refusing to disclose his emails with his former girl friend and government workers union leader Carla Katz.
NJ GOP Chairman Tom Wilson sued Corzine to release the emails. Wilson was was victorious in Superior Court where Judge Paul Innes ruled last May that emails be released and said that the Corzine-Katz relationship "created a clear potential for conflict" that the public had the right to evaluate. Today's ruling overturns the Innes ruling.
