Oh no call out the National Guard.
Have Congress pass legislation prohibiting Marine Mammals from entering estuaries ( we can call it "Flippers Law"). Maybe we should put anti Dolphin nets across the mouth of the Shrewsbury river to keep them out. Or if they are still here in November we should Heat the River ... or...or .... Ahhhhh WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO.! OHHH THE HORROR!!!
