The Minnesota Supreme Court issued a unanimous ruling that Al Franken defeated Norm Coleman by 312 votes in the U.S. Senate election last November. Coleman conceded this afternoon.
Franken's victory gives the Democrats a 60 seat-filibuster proof majority in the Senate.

Next time they whine about Bush winning in 2000/2004, we can bring up the fact that they stole a US Senate seat in Minnesota and replaced a thoughtful and intelligent man with a freakin clown.
Unless of course absentee ballots found in Democrat officials cars count after the election is over..
God bless Florida: they are happy another state proved they're worse at running an election than they are!.. how long before we taxpayers all wake up and make them stop funding Acorn and these other thieves/detrements to our free election process?..
the greatest irony: let it be written, the left-wing comedian makes the filibuster-proof majority, by which we lose what's left of our money and freedom.. how terribly wrong and sad..in the words of our Lord while dying:"it is finished"...
2010 can't come fast enough. This buffoon will be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
what the hell are they smoking in Minnesota
