NEA Contributes $200K To Corzine's Re-election

The National Education Association has contributed $200,000 to the Democratic Governors Association to support to re-election of Governor Corzine, according to an Associated Press piece published on app.com.

The NEA is the national affiliate of the New Jersey Education Association, New Jersey's largest teachers union.

According to the Monmouth University/Gannett poll released yesterday, New Jersey's teachers favor Chris Christie for governor over Jon Corzine by a margin of 47% to 37%.

Just who are these unions representing? That's $200,000 so far of teacher's dues money, which comes from their salaries, which comes from our property taxes.
