Rasmussen: Christie Up By 13pts. Corzine's Approval Numbers Continue To S(t)ink

Rasmussen Reports has a new poll out today indicating that Chris Christie is leading the gubernatorial race by 13 points.

Corzine's job performance approval is down to 37%, down from 40% in July. 63% disapprove of Corzine, up for 58% in July.

Corzine will attempt to turn his numbers around by making guns an issue in the campaign. He's against them.

"I guarantee you this: We will be talking about gun safety and gun regulation in this election season because it is vital, it is vital, that the people of the state of New Jersey have safety in their neighborhoods," Corzine said.

Last time he ran for Governor, Corzine guaranteed that property tax rebates would increase 40% in 4 years.
