hope really good choices are made to CLEAN HOUSE down there, with qualified, professional loyalists who will row in a new and positive direction together, with continuity and focus,on we who pay all the bills, for once!.. ps: start with making the blasted departmental phone menus and websites MUCH more simple, understandable, user-friendly, and with service-oriented purpose, not frustration and subterfuge!!

They need to start at all those "independent" State Authorities where the Dems packed their patronage seekers, especially when McGreevey came in.

NJ Transit, Turnpike and Garden State Parkway Authorities come to mind. God alone knows how many other patronage pits there are.

They need to clean house, eliminate do-nothing positions and install competent, qualified people into those positions. Hopefully those appointed will share our values.

They need to clean house, eliminate do-nothing positions and install competent, qualified people into those positions "that are left." Hopefully those appointed will share our values.

note: corrected to avoid misconception.

wonder how many extra tolltakers Bozo hired over these past 4 years, to collect the ever-increasing tolls?.. there's a long-known "patronage pit", mainly used by Dems, since Byrne, for God's sake..maybe if the legis. ever gets really serious about "one-person,one- pension" at all levels, perhaps some of the more superfluous, "gimme-extra" jobs will no longer entice, either to be a big shot and give, or to be a pig and take!...

By the way, why did he need to have a Democrat (the Woodbridge Mayor) on his team?? Did Christie forget that it was the conservative vote, in the end, that got him elected??
