As expected, Scott Sipprelle won the favorite son endorsement of the Mercer County GOP for the primary nomination in CD-12, besting Fair Haven Mayor Mike Halfacre 49-12 at their county convention last evening.

I don't cover Mercer County. I think there are only 75 Republicans in the whole county. 63 of them voted last night.

Monmouth's screening committee meets on March 29. Middlesex had their convention on the 27th.

Actually I saw it on Politicker first. I just usually go there before here since it much more reputable
