Phillip J. Berg, Esq, filed a Federal lawsuit on Thursday August 21 seeking a Declaratory Judgment and Injunction that Barack Obama does not meet the constitutional requirements to be President of the United States.
Berg is a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania and a former Democratic Chairman of Montgomery County, PA. He said he filed his lawsuit in the best interests of the Democratic Party and the citizens of the United States.

MAYBE we will finally get Hillary Rodham Clinton as the democratic candidate for president !!!! Seems Obama isn't capable OR qualified.... Wonder what the rhetoric will be about all this...."TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES" here we come !
