I think she's a very good candidate and I'm pleased to see her enter the race.
Interesting: a GOP lady teacher vs. a Democrat former teacher...hmmm..or, we can unleash DiBella on all three of them this year, and have two "Kims" on our ticket in 2010!..Kim, Rob, and Kim sounds kind of cool..that might be a good slate..wow, things are definitely starting to swing back our way with more hope, faster than expected!!..but then, that's the appeal and beauty of our system, isn't it?..thanks, Founding Fathers..
Like her.
Seems nice, but is she ready for prime time?
Prime time? Did you bother to read the biographical information? Kim would be a wonderful addition to the Freeholder Board. Art, great find. Great post.
Atlantic Highlands and 6th graders are prime time? This isn't the PTA, this is the freeholder's election.

Kim's resume compares well to all current and recent Freeholders. Only Ted Narozanick, who was county administrator for years before becoming a Freeholder was better prepared for a first term.
Kim's experience is superior to Barbara McMorrow's and Amy Mallet's by a Monmouth mile.
Instead of trying to tear Kim down, anonymous 9:39, why don't you tell us about the virtues of your yet to declare candidate.
The Affiliated Republican site says there's a third candidates besides Kean and Spatola, a very secret one.
Does Art know who that is? Or well.. he probably knows, but will he share it with us?
Art knows of others considering it, but none that have announced. When I know you'll know.
we'll never have to worry about being "ready," for at least the next two yrs.. in just 2 months, Mallet's set the bar quite low: instead of listening and learning, with zero gov't./elective experience, she's unfortunately getting known quickly as not-too-bright by staff and public alike, so many are looking forward to her being a one-term wonder, No. Jersey bucks, or not!..

Well said Art! We need to encourage good candidates to apply. The circus didn't do that.
