The NJ Senate Judiciary Committee voted 7-6 to send the Marriage Equality Act to the full Senate. Senator Bill Baroni was the only Republican to vote in favor of the measure.
The bill is expected to be voted upon by the full Senate on Thursday.

InTheLobby says that passage in the Senate is unlikely and predicts that the bill will only receive 18 aye votes. 21 votes are required for passage.
