Bipartisan Public Hearing on Making New Jersey a More Affordable Place to Live

Assembly Republican Whip Dave Rible invites Monmouth County residents to attend a special bipartisan public hearing hosted by members of the General Assembly Leadership to hear first-hand from state residents their ideas on how to make New Jersey a better and more affordable place to live. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 2nd, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm in Committee Room 11 at the State House Annex in Trenton.

Those wishing to testify are urged to make a reservation by calling the Legislative Budget and Finance Office at 609-292-8030 or by sending an e-mail to lbfo@njleg.org. For those who reply by e-mail, be sure to include your name and a phone number.

In an effort to ensure everyone who wants to speak has that opportunity, those testifying are asked to limit their comments to three minutes.

Assemblyman Rible believes the public forum is an excellent example of the democratic process at work and encourages members of the public to share, first hand, their common sense solutions to the problems facing New Jersey.
