When people get frustrated by the economy and the fact that they won't have a job after November, they hold their phone upside down, and forget that Monica Lewinsky is still under the desk in the background.
Seems like the phone cord is on the wrong side. Shouldn't it be hanging down instead of at the top of the receiver?

You can do amazing things with Photoshop. I would guess that this photo has been retouched. So, to answer your question Art, no, I don't think the phone is defective. I think the photo is.
