Lawrenceville, NJ – U.S. Senate candidate Dick Zimmer today announced the details of his initial town hall meeting tour. Zimmer invites Senator Frank Lautenberg to join him at each of these town hall meetings in order to give New Jerseyans the opportunity to hear their respective views on the issues. Zimmer will continue to schedule town hall meetings throughout New Jersey during the rest of the summer.
“Listening to people is a very important part of any campaign,” said Zimmer. “I’m very excited to be traveling around the state, hearing what people have to say and engaging with them on the challenges facing New Jersey and the nation. I hope Senator Lautenberg joins me at these town hall meetings. New Jersey citizens should have the opportunity to see us side by side as we express our respective positions on important issues.”
In addition to traditional town hall meetings, Zimmer will be conducting a number of telephone town hall meetings in an attempt to reach out and connect with as many voters as possible before the November election.
“In today’s fast-paced world, many people simply do not have the time to attend traditional town hall meetings,” said Zimmer. “However, thanks to the availability of technology to conduct live telephone town hall meetings, citizens can engage in discussion of important issues from their own homes.”

Watching the Lautenberg campaign is like watching Weekend at Bernie's..
Won't matter...by any poll you see and Lautenberg is up by anywhere from 16% to 13%...and he's been called every fossil type name in the book.
