Let it be known that Red Bank Councilwoman Grace Cangemi gave 100% right up to the last minute. The Republican who was defeated by Obamamania in November had her final council meeting before her term expires last night.
Unlike some defeated office holders who spend their remainder of their terms looking to feather their nest or just coasting, Cangemi remained an advocate for Red Bank taxpayers to the very end.
RedBankGreen reports that Grace blasted the Red Bank Democratic majority for their lack of transparency and back room deal making.
I hope we haven't heard the last of Grace.

It has been said that "the people get the kind of government they deserve" but does anybody deserve the kind of government we now have in Red Bank? Oh, "woe is me!"
true,but the ones who made (voted for) the mess, cost the few left who actually pay the bills, far too much!.. there's simply more "takers" than "payers", now, on all levels, which is why some of my friends, instead of wondering which states might be a bit cheaper for a working stiff to live in,they're now looking for other countries!!.. how truly sad, never thought we'd see it go down this far!...maybe only a new "taxpayer revolt", like our Founders did, is the only answer!
