Art,

Not even a little humerous. I doubt in light of Curley's recent stupidity and public outburst either will be in attendance.

Even I'd pay money to see that!

Will it be a caged match birthday celebration?

Our future, our maverick, our wonderful Irish bastard!

I almost missed this post after being mesmerized by Scott Sipprelle's fascinating commercial. For the first time in years, I'm full of hope. I think Halfacre is done. His campaign is toast. Sipprelle is the only one who can beat Holt.

I actually got a kick out of your post, Art: especially since they all seem to take themselves so pompously seriously on all levels these days,it was a tongue-in-cheek observation that actually rings too true!...look, gang,it really needs to get much better if we are to remain in control and achieve good things going forward..come to the meetings and show your support and encouragement so maybe the three don't feel alone and outgunned by Flippy's plans and the Press' always-ready criticisms.. if we all still care about having/keeping the majority to do better things together,if the idea of a "team" still matters, am hoping to see MUCH more professionalism, measured tones, and rational discussion we Republicans can all be proud of, again..

John is a democrat--face it. Keep applauding him--then watch your back b/c he'll stick a knife in it for any press coverage.

Here is the problem.

Clifton and Burry need to be more aggresive on cutting the budget. Stop trying to protect county employees.

Curley however, can not go off like this. If you can not do the job without loosing your temper then you do not deserve the spot. There are times when feigned anger is appropriate but it does not sound like this is what he did. Either he has anger control issues or he is a glory hound. Either one is BAD.

unfortunately, it's not working out as we'd hoped.. he's so volatile and unpredictable, and so self-agendized and loud, any good intentions are blown away..he way-needs improvement, right now!
