A well placed rumor monger tells MMM that former Governor Jon Corzine in in negotiations to buy the palatial Rumson estate on the Navesink of General and Mrs. Peter Dawkins.
The Dawkins estate has been on the market since March for $29.9 million. Corzine has reportedly offered $19 million.
