I am continually amazed at how these municipal managers are able to eep "landing on thier feet", a ever greater and greater salaries.
Not a commentary on Wall, just an observation.
Keansburg lost big time. Wall was the first manager in years to put them on the map with positive press and solid results and they chose to slide back into obscurity. Very sad.
