Have these inane expressions worked their way into our common lexicon?
No longer are they silly words that surfer dudes and twenty something pot smokers use when they have nothing to say but can't stand the silence. In the last couple of weeks I've heard 30, 40 and 50 somethings saying "no worries" A state legislator told me "it's all good" the other day. If it was all good, we wouldn't have been talking to each other.
Please stop using these silly phrases. They don't make you cool, they make you foolish.
Have a nice day.

Thank you!!!! I hate "It's all good." It is morally equivocating, insipid and meaningless.
I particularly hate "My bad".
I guess Greg Bean was incorrect about political suicide, since Rush Holt was re-elected in 2008. The toll issue is now old news. I do not think Holt has any aspirations for higher office, so where he is, he will stay until defeated (hopefully) by Michael Halfacre.
wrong area meant to be in the other story about Rush Holt
Chill out man!
OOPS ...my bad
Careful...
"They're good people" ... what it that?
Good point Art. Part of the dumbing down of America when people in high positions who should know better feel the need to express themselves in such a dopey manner just to try and appeal to an even dopier segment of society.
