Timmy's Tour de Shore 2008

Community. A community’s personality is affected by its natural surroundings; its institutions, such as schools and local government; its churches and places of worship; its sports teams, and various associations and its businesses. But it is the people who live, work and play in the community that truly give it its unique identity.

We would like to thank the Northern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce for recognizing the Timothy Pauxtis Foundation’s contribution to the community and presenting it with the Crystal Beacon Award as Non-Profit Organization of the year. This award belongs not just to the Foundation, but to the many volunteers, supporters and sponsors who helped us achieve our goals.

On October 12, 2008, we will be holding our annual “Timmy’s Tour de Shore for Pediatric Brain Tumor Research”. This is a special bike ride to raise funds for a research grant for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. A Research Grant to help the most precious part of any community – its children, especially children with brain cancer.

We would like to invite you to participate in the 2008 Tour de Shore.

Be a sponsor [Learn More]. Last year the Tour de Shore had 450+ riders and several hundred onlookers. As a Monmouth County event with heavy participation from our community this is a good opportunity to get public exposure at a fun family event.

Create a Team [Register Here] Our goal is to have many businesses represented with riders participating in Timmy’s Tour de Shore. We want to see your riders, wearing your company’s colors – your shirts and hats. We want to see your riders showing their company spirit and pride all for a good cause

Donate [Donate Here] Support our Research Fund by making a donation.

Spread the word [Print a flyer] – send a note to you colleagues and let them know about our event.
Last year with the help of over 450 enthusiastic riders and supporters we raised $70.000. You can help us do it again.
